Potential work assignments may include permanent positions, long-term assignments, project-based work, one-time site visits, or speaking engagements on tropical agriculture-based experiences.
The purpose of the introductory confidential call is to discuss the project together with TAC, exchange ideas and information, and establish a clear understanding of what the client’s needs and “must haves” are.
There is no obligation or commitment by either party at this stage of conversation.
To improve the efficiency of the call, information related to the project regarding objectives, location, crops involved (if known), positions that need to be filled, other secondary objectives of the project (e.g., local employment creation, organic certification, etc.), timeframe for development, the client’s expected investment amount, and current stage of plan development will be useful in identifying the best TAC consultant for the assignment. (Confidentiality agreement available upon request.)
TAC will attempt to connect you with the right professionals after matching your specific needs and consultant expertise (based on current availability).
Any agreement between the client and TAC consultant is solely between the client and the independent TAC consultant (i.e., TAC itself is not a party to this agreement).
To keep costs low, TAC does not charge any commissions, nor are TAC’s recommended consultants required to pay TAC for any work they obtain as a result of our relationship.
